The true king lies chained in a foreign prison, his throne is occupied by a despicable usurper, Prince John. And over all, the shadow of a supernatural evil hovers like a sinister mist, penetrating house and castle, town and village.
This evil has a name: Mordour, Prince John’s necromancer and a man who seeks power at any cost and whose knowledge of the ‘Dark Arts’ serve him well in his endeavours.
The Dark Knight has returned and, at last, the English Lion begins to stir after its long sleep.
Each episode follows Ivanhoe fighting to preserve both his very own existence and those of his trusty comrades, the beautiful Rebecca, a natural ‘healer’ and formidable sword fighter herself, and Odo the dwarf and ex-sorcerer’s apprentice whose comical efforts to avoid any conflict, more often than not bring him into the very thick of the fighting.
The array of evil Ivanhoe is forced to face, both in his efforts to restore King Richard as well as the evil machinations of Mordour, is formidable and Ivanhoe must often use more than his fearsome ability with the sword….
In Marjan’s hall of mirrors one false move means instant destruction, and a broken mirror delivers horrific death.
Ivanhoe and Rebecca are shrunk to pint-size ‘puppets’ and enslaved by the Puppet Master. Can Ivanhoe escape in time to save the Queen from an assassin’s dagger?
Shameer, the deadly Cat Goddess is absorbing the life force of powerful women... and her eyes are set on Queen Eleanor. With an uneasy truce Ivanhoe and Mordour join forces to save the Queen – but at a terrible cost.
