In this life changing and competitive reality series, 6 charismatic city slickers undergo the ultimate lifestyle swap when they ditch their fast paced life for a two week crash course in country living. In every episode, these 6 urban addicts are pitted against each other in a range of testing and gruelling rural challenges – including stag hunt, rabbit catch, sheep shearing and canyonning - as they battle it out to become the daily king or queen of the castle. Their prize? A guaranteed place on the next days best – or should we say, least gruesome – task! The ultimate aim? In two weeks they must overcome their personal fears, change their city ways of thinking and prove they’ve adapted most successfully to country life.
