Brian and Andrew’s villa in Crete is still waiting for the downstairs apartment to be finished. It’s to be the holiday home for their friends, Pete and Les. The trouble is they have run out of money. But after a series of mishaps and misunderstandings the work is finally completed.

Having left their snail farm in Spain in the capable hands of a friendly estate agent, Lee and Cheryl have returned to Wales – and bought a trout fishery. The problem is they want to make a permanent return to Spain as soon as possible. So Lee has come up with another big idea - swapping his Welsh fishery for a Spanish farmhouse.
